Four Hizbul terrorists arrested with arms, ammo in Kishtwar

Four Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists were arrested with arms and ammunition late Thursday in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district.
A joint team of the Army’s 17RR, CRPF’s 52Bn and Kishtwar Police on long-range patrolling in Kishtwar’s Dool Dhar forest area noticed four people moving from Dool towards Dool Dhar forest. On spotting the security forces, the four tried to flee but were overpowered and arrested by the troops.
“While searching the four, police recovered two UBGL grenades, 120 live AK-47 rounds, two empty AK-47 magazines and a Hizbul poster from their possession,” said a cop, adding that a case was registered in this connection under relevant sections of law and an investigation was launched.
