From Sonakshi Sinha to Mrunal Thakur, day 1 at Bombay Times Fashion Week was a starry affair with a stellar lineup of designers including Gopi Vaid and Bhawna Goenka. Here's the highlight from day one of the fashion extravaganza.

SOEZI presents SHOW OFF

The beauty kickstarted the fashion week with her own show. Sonakshi, along with Shrishti Raai showcased SOEZI presents SHOW OFF on Day 1 of the ultra-glam Bombay Times Fashion Week 2022. SOEZI by Sonakshi Sinha and Shrishti Raai, is a press-on-nails brand founded with the vision to take glamour to every doorstep and make it an effortless process. Their first products are press on nails as the newest mode of style expression dancing at your fingertips! Perhaps it was for the first time that a nail centric show happened at a leading fashion show in India.

Hina Khan walked the ramp for the third show of the day by Bhawna Goenka. The label based out of India and Kuala Lumpur specialises in wedding veils, lehengas and gowns created specifically to celebrate every event from the bottom of your hearts. Situated in Mumbai and Kuala Lumpur, this brand intends to redefine how we look at style in India!

Actor Malaika Arora walked the ramp for Gopi Vaid in a neon lehenga with mirrorwork. Her blouse design was worthy of all the attention and she finished off her look with a bun adorned with gajras. Gopi Vaid's new festive collection- Qila, is an ode to India’s amazing forts and their architectural beauty, masterfully captured combining beautiful geometric motifs and design, using gold and silver leaf embroideries on vibrant colors and tonal prints.
